We clear houses, flats, lofts, garages and sheds across the Wirral. You get a fixed price by the van load from £150, a licensed waste carrier at your door, and a waste transfer note when the job is done.
Who we are
Wirral House Clearance is a house clearance service for the whole Wirral, from Birkenhead and Wallasey to Heswall, West Kirby and Neston. We keep it simple: you tell us what needs to go, we give you a fixed price, and we do the lifting.
The person who comes to your home is a registered waste carrier and will show you their licence if you ask. They arrive in a Luton van, carry everything out from any floor, load it, and leave the space tidy.

Licensed, insured and legal
Anyone who takes away household waste for payment must be a registered waste carrier, and you have a legal duty to check who you hand your waste to. The person who clears your home is a registered waste carrier and fully insured, and every clearance comes with a waste transfer note.

What happens to your things
Good furniture shouldn’t end up in the tip. Anything in good condition is offered free locally or donated to charity shops on the Wirral. Everything else goes to licensed facilities and is recycled wherever we can.

Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. The person who comes is registered with the Environment Agency as a waste carrier, and you get a waste transfer note for every clearance as proof of legal disposal.
Are you insured?
Yes. The person who comes is fully insured, with public liability cover for your property while we work.
How do you set your prices?
We price by how much space your things take up in the van: £150 for a quarter van, £250 for a half, £350 for three quarters and £400 for a full van. We confirm a fixed price after a free viewing, video call or photos.
Is there a travel charge?
No. There is no travel charge anywhere we cover.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Wirral, postcodes CH41 to CH49 and CH60 to CH66, including Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bebington, Heswall, West Kirby, Hoylake, Neston and Parkgate. Our areas page has the full list.
What days do you work?
Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
How do I get a quote?
Message us on WhatsApp with a few photos, or use the form on our homepage. You get a fixed price once we have seen the job.
What do you do with my things?
